This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be requested for products purchased from TREETALES.
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Custom-made items, clearance products, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
